Write to piano@6ray.com. Please say which iPad and which iPadOS you use, which piece you were on, and what you saw.
The app does not hear me
Allow the microphone for StudyPiano in the iPad's Settings › Privacy & Security › Microphone. In StudyPiano open Settings › Check the microphone: four short steps show whether the iPad hears your piano well enough. Put the iPad where it can hear the piano, away from fans and other sound.
The marks look wrong
StudyPiano listens with a model and can be wrong, especially for very soft notes or a very noisy room. Treat the marks as a guide, not a judge; your teacher's ear comes first.
Delete my recordings
Settings › Delete all recordings.
